It is an offshore drilling company operating numerous <a href=\"https:\/\/offshorednv.com\/offshore-dnv-shipping-containers\/\">offshore<\/a> drilling rigs. It operates drilling rigs for numerous clients. Maersk Drilling has more than 50 years of experience in the exploration industry. Other than that, they also provide marine shipping services and drilling support.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>The Merger<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This Merger took around a year to complete. Since the announcement in November 2021, the deal finally came through in October 2022. This new unification creates a bigger and stronger organization. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By combining years of first-hand experience in the field from two entities, they will be one of the major drilling service companies. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Expertise is also an important asset that this company relies on. An array of experts in the exploration industry from both companies are one of the reasons they will be picked by their customers. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Furthermore, a series of high-spec offshore rigs and marine fleets are also the backbones of this new organization they will support the company\u2019s operation in the present and the coming future.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Offshore Drilling<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As we all know offshore drilling is a process of drilling a well, intended to extract petroleum from under the seafloor.
